How does the antispam system work?

Email is scanned by a dedicated antispam server that only forwards legitimate emails to your email account hosted with us. This improves performance on our mail server as they do not need to worry about scanning the emails that it receives.

You wil receive a quarantine digest email once a day that will display the emails that were caught by the system. If there are any emails that you wish to be delivered you can click a link in the email and you will receive the email within a few minutes.

If you receive an email that should be classified as spam you can forward it on to our spam department and who will in turn update the riules on the spam server to make it even more accurate at identifying spam.
